What's going on here, you're asking? Well, the new strip has spoilers for Superman Returns in it. I know, sorry. If you've already seen Superman Returns or have no plans to, click here to check out the spoiler version. Don't let the naysayers fool you: Superman Returns is a really solid movie. The first half is practically flawless. My (few) misgivings are the same as Jason's, but the film's highlights make it well worth watching. Some moments feel straight out the Fleischer brothers cartoons, and it's interesting to feel like you're watching a comic book movie that actually advances the Superman mythos, rather than wallows in a half-assed approximation of it. I'm really hoping they make a sequel or two.
(By the way, the inquisitive looking guy in the blue shirt is another reader contest winner, by the name of Zophiel. Congrats, Zophiel!
