Khady was born in Senegal and moved to Chicago with her family within the last several years.
She apparently made a quick impression on Norma, who promoted Khady to Shift Supervisor after just a few short months.
Lizzie Stoner

HIDE HISTORY
The Multiplex 10’s resident Stoner, Lizzie had worked for the theater prior to her introduction in the strip. She knows all the corners and nooks in the theater that the security cameras can't see, and can be frequently seen emerging from them in a cloud of smoke.
Recently, when Jason struggled with a short-lived bout with caffeine addiction, Lizzie was compelled to have soul-baring conversation with Jason, warning him of the dangers of caffeine addiction. Since then, she's been seen partaking a much less harmful substance with him — marijuana.
Ricky (“Rookie”)

HIDE HISTORY
Ricky started at the Multiplex 10 in September 2010. "Rookie," as he was soon dubbed, quickly became a favorite target of Kurt and Franklin's pranks (or "tests"), despite his short temper and weak stomach. But after he reacted poorly to being the new whipping boy for the theater, Kurt revealed that Rookie was, in fact, "the Chosen One," awakening a whole new side of Rookie.
Recently, Angie 2 has made him the target for some pranking of her own, and Rookie has tried — and failed — to get even, which his frustration eventually leading to a workplace accident.
James Harris

HIDE HISTORY
James Harris grew up on the South Side of Chicago, in Bronzeville. From 1951 through 1957, James worked at the Regal Theater in Chicago as an usher, before entering the police academy and becoming a cop.
After forty-some years on the force, he retired and moved to the north suburbs, but when his wife recently retired, as well, she forced him out of the house to get a job.
He has a daughter, who was, at some point in the past, in a funk & soul band with Whitey's father. His son is also a cop.
Amy Adamson

Norma Fiorelli

HIDE HISTORY
After Allen's unceremonious departure from the Multiplex 10, their theater chain's home office dispatched Norma to replace Allen (albeit a few months later). She characterizes herself as a "change agent," and takes her job very, very seriously.
She is married and has two children — Monica, who is in her early 20's, and a high school-aged son, Matt.
Norma took over as head manager of the Multiplex 10 in March, 2010.
