Strictly going by statistics, two out of sixteen theaters (12.5%) would be low. I don’t know about the movie theater industry specifically, but in 2013, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics found that of all “General and Operations Managers,” 28.1% were women. Obviously, there are other factors.
